Single-family and condominium home sales dropped 16 percent and 27 percent, respectively, in July 2022 on a year-over-year basis in Massachusetts, according to the Massachusetts Association of Realtors. Despite the steep decline in sales, the median price of a single-family house rose by 9 percent to $607,000 in Massachusetts. The median condo price rose 10 percent to $530,000.
