New Hampshire home prices rose again in June. The median price of a single-family home increased 13 percent to $460,000 from $407,750 in June 2021. The median condo price skyrocketed 26 percent, from $280,000 in June 2021 to $352,500 in June 2022. Single-family home sales fell 10 percent to 1,595, and homebuyers bought 464 condominiums in June, a 21 percent year-over-year decline.
