NH Inventory Down, Prices Up

The median price of a single-family home in New Hampshire increased 21 percent to $440,000 in March 2022 on a year-over-year basis, according to the New Hampshire Association of Realtors. Scarce inventory fueled the price increase. Single-family inventory decreased 19 percent, and sales fell 23 percent. Condominium prices rose 31 percent, sales dipped 2 percent, and the number of condo units for sale nosedived 35 percent.
