Single-family home sales in Cumberland, Rhode Island rose by one to 74 during the first quarter on a year-over-year basis, according to data compiled by the Rhode Island Association of Realtors. The median price of a single-family house jumped 21 percent to $427,500 from $354,000 in Q1 2021. Statewide, single-family home prices increased 14 percent. Condominium prices climbed 22 percent in Cumberland to $386,000, the same increase statewide, while units sold rose from 14 through March 2021 to 23 during the same period this year.
