Homebuyers bought 59 single-family homes in Nashua, located in Hillsborough County and about 48 miles from Boston, in August, 13 houses less than in August 2021. The median price of a single-family home increased to $440,000 from $410,000 in August 2021. Homebuyers paid, on average, 103 percent of the original list price in August, down from 104 percent last year. The median condo price in Nashua was $349,900 in August, with 44 units sold.
