Single-family home sales and median house prices in Waltham, Massachusetts, located in Middlesex County, were flat in August on a year-over-year basis, according to the Massachusetts Association of Realtors. Homebuyers purchased 35 houses in August and August 2021. The median price of those homes was $725,000, less than a 1 percent decline from $730,000 in August 2021.
