A panel of “experts” predicts inventory will not return to 2019 pre-pandemic levels for two years, according to the Zillow’s latest Home Price Expectations Survey. In Massachusetts, there were nearly 11,000 single-family houses for sale in March 2019. There were just over 3,000 homes on the market in March 2022.
